許多人長期受便秘困擾，讓不少人選擇以「浣腸」幫助排便。近日，有網友不經意看到日本網紅正妹亞明（やみん）去年自拍的「浣腸」實驗影片，因內容太好笑，又再度引起討論；影片中，網紅亞明浣腸後挑戰朗讀文章，看看自己能不能撐3分鐘，沒想到不到一分就爆發，忍不住跑廁所，讓網友看後笑翻了。

不過，有醫學報導指出，排便不順、便秘，不少人會到藥局自行購買浣腸劑或軟便劑使用，但經常性使用這些助排便的藥物，長期使用可能會產生依賴性！建議還是尋求專科醫生較可靠。

歌手盧廣仲入圍今年第29屆金曲4項獎項，在《花甲大人轉男孩》飾演盧廣仲媽媽的王彩樺錄外景遊戲節目時談到盧廣仲，王彩樺表示今（23）日不會出現在金曲頒獎典禮上，但是會參加兒子的金曲After Party，對於盧廣仲入圍4獎項，受到金曲肯定，王彩樺表示與有榮焉，「他這麼優秀我覺得如果得獎我也很開心哪！」

這次《飢餓遊戲》的團隊也報名了世界展望會舉辦的第29屆「飢餓30」活動，眾人先參加了迷你版的「飢餓體驗DIY」，只要先餓12小時就行，不過這看在錄影就一定會挨餓的孟哲眼裡，似乎完全是小case，「我們節目每次都要先餓12小時，不小心就完成挑戰了耶！」王仁甫也笑說：「那萬一都沒贏、還繼續沒吃，我們就不小心完成飢餓30了耶！」
