Unlike its brother, the BeSafe iZi Modular i-Size child car seat, the BeSafe iZi Modular RF i-Size can be used rear-facing only. The rear-facing child car seat complies with the high safety criteria of the R129 standard and performed extremely well in the toughest crash test in the world, the Swedish plus test.

The support foot with visual and acoustic indicator contributes to the correct installation of the base. The special extension mechanism of the base creates ample legroom for your little passenger even when driving in a rear-facing mode. Thanks to its low weight, transferring the car seat from one car into another is particularly easy.

The Isofix installation of this child safety seat system ensures maximum safety. The SIP+ (Side Impact Protection) which is to be attached to the door side of the child car seat, absorbs the energy that occurs in the event of a side impact and guides it away from your child.

「做得好店都給你」手搖店超厭世徵人…萬人噴笑！釣出老闆神答

人力銀行上滿滿的工作職缺，上頭都會列出各種事項，好讓符合需求的人來應徵。有網友日前發現高雄一間飲料店的徵人啟事，內容總共380字，卻充滿了無奈與厭世，讓其他網友看完紛紛笑翻，而老闆本人也被神出，出面回應13個字！

一名女網友在《爆廢公社》發文，她PO出一張人力銀行的截圖表示：「這老闆好像很厭世…」，從職缺說明可以得知是飲料店的徵人啟事，內容寫道：「就一般飲料飲料店的職缺囉，開店、煮茶、清潔、打掃這樣子，然後接待客人、點餐、製作飲料這些應該是沒有違反勞基法吧？請個員工真的處處是地雷呢！」

李嘉誠百億股權變相贈兩子李澤鉅長和持股超越父親

據港交所最新權益資料披露，剛於今年 5 月退休的長和系創辦人李嘉誠，在上週四 (8 月 23 日) 將私人持有約 6600 萬股，市值幾近港幣 60 億元的長和 (0001-HK) 股權及港幣 37.34 億元的長實 (1113-HK) 持股，總價值共港幣 96.7 億元，轉讓予家族信託，變相將股份權益贈予兩子，即長和主席李澤鉅及電訊盈科 (0008-HK) 主席李澤楷。

據《證券披露權益》網頁所示，李嘉誠是於 8 月 23 日，在場外以作價相當於每股港幣 90 元的現金以外資產形式，轉讓手上直接持有的 6595.14 萬股長和股份予旗下信託，涉及價值高達港幣 59.36 億元。

交易完成後，李嘉誠實益持有的長和股份，由原先的 6665.92 萬股，大減至只有 70.78 萬股。透過信託持股的股份數目，則由原有的 10.94 億股，增至逾 11.6 億股。

同日，李嘉誠又在場外將個人的長實持股以每股港幣 55.8 元，轉讓 6691.8 萬股予家族信託，涉及價值亦多達港幣 37.34 億元。完成交易後，李嘉誠在長實的個人實益持股，則由原來近 1.57 億股，減至只有 2526 萬股。其家族信託在長實的持股，卻由原有的 10.28 億股，增至 11.6 億股。

根據長和及長實年報資料，李嘉誠及李澤鉅分別持有家族信託股的控股公司 Li Ka Shing Unity Holdings 1/3 及 2/3 股權，其中李嘉誠為信託的財產授予人，而可能受益人則包括李澤鉅夫婦及其子女，以及李澤楷，因此這次李嘉誠將個人名下股份轉入家族信託，變相是將股份權益轉讓予俱屬信託受益人的 2 名兒子。

由於李澤鉅屬信託受益人，因此在李嘉誠將長和持股轉讓予家族信託後，他在長和的應佔股權由原來的 28.44%，提高至 30.15%，加上他私人及妻兒合共持有近 320 萬股，故持股量比父親李嘉誠略多。

至於長實方面，李澤鉅應佔股權則由原來的 28.4%，增至完成股份轉讓後的 32.12%。

現年 90 歲高齡的李嘉誠在個人財產的安排一事上早有部署，2012 年便率先披露自己對兩子的安排。今年 5 月長和及長實舉行股東週年大會後，李嘉誠便正式退休，由李澤钜接掌其總值萬億元的長和系上市王國。6 月底李嘉誠再將自己在汕頭大學名譽主席的職務，交棒予李澤楷。

李嘉誠在退休前曾多次提及退休安排，指長子李澤鉅主力打理長和系生意，次子李澤楷則讓其獨立發展；目前李澤楷已建立盈科集團，從事電訊、媒體、金融及地產生意。

李嘉誠這次轉讓手上長和系的大部分直接持股，亦可配合他減少在長和系的直接參與，集中在他比喻為「第三個兒子」的李嘉誠基金會參與更多事務。

今 (29) 日開盤，長和漲 0.223%，報港幣 89.75 元；長實漲 0.088%，報港幣 56.75 元。
