高麗菜價跌，苗栗公館鄉有農民乾脆開放民眾自採一顆只要10元，結果吸引600人到場，把菜田旁的鄉間小路擠得水洩不通，不少人全家大小都出動，8點半開採時間一到，所有人搶當一日菜農；8000顆高麗菜，15分鐘內就被搶光。

這位在苗栗公館鄉的高麗菜田一共8000顆高麗菜，一顆10塊錢薄利多銷，15分鐘就被搶光，不少人一採就是20、30顆。

原來是菜價影響，農民請不起採收人手乾脆開放自採回饋當地鄉親，沒想到一口氣來了600人，就連外地民眾也一塊來搶高麗菜。（整理：實習編輯李玓穎）

青少年熬夜玩手機研究：易有心理健康問題

愛熬夜滑手機的青少年，當心容易有心理健康問題。董氏基金會今（21）日引用國外首次針對夜間使用手機與心理健康的相關性所進行的長期研究提醒，夜間使用手機會影響睡眠，因而增加憂鬱情緒的產生以及降低自尊與因應能力。

這份發表於兒童發展期刊的研究，由西澳莫道克大學研究者主持，研究歷時4年，共追蹤1101名、13到16歲的高中生，研究人員使用縱向潛在成長模式來檢測青少年夜間使用手機的變化、睡眠行為的變化以及健康狀況的變化之間的關係。

研究結果發現，隨著時間推移，夜間手機的使用和不良睡眠行為呈現正相關；且睡眠行為受到夜間手機使用影響，進而影響隨後增加的憂鬱情緒和外化行為以及降低的自尊與因應能力，同時也伴隨著較低的學業表現。

董氏基金會表示，麻薩諸塞州橋水大學2014年一份針對642名大學新生進行的研究也發現，有8成承認在高中時經常熬夜，當父母以為他們在睡覺時，其實平均每晚花1到2個小時玩手機；值得注意的是，42%經常熬夜不睡的人表示受憂鬱症所苦。

董氏基金會心理衛生中心主任葉雅馨說，研究證明，熬夜玩手機的青少年易有心理健康問題，此階段的青少年多以同儕為重要他人，且手機幾乎是和朋友聯繫或交友社群的重要工具，身為父母，不需阻止孩子使用手機，但重要的是必須讓孩子知道正確且有限度的使用方式。

葉雅馨形容，夜間使用手機，有點像社交媒體的吸血鬼，就連青少年也常常不自覺的身受其害，無法控制自己，讓自己放鬆去睡覺或回到規律的作息。如果父母決定購買手機，務必設定健康使用規範，例如做完功課才可用，最晚玩到11點等，然後堅定的執行，同時最重要的是以身作則，可別自己長時間盯著手機，轉過身卻叫孩子放下手機，那效果可是大打折扣。

衛福部桃園療養院兒童青少年精神科醫師陳質采說，青少年連續使用手機的原因不外乎手機遊戲與社群網站，不管是與網友組隊、殺敵，或是在社群中與人溝通交流，都是種新世代的社交型態，連世界衛生組織（WHO）日前新發布的「國際疾病分類」中，亦已將電玩成癮正式列為精神疾病。

陳質采提醒，現代生活很難不用手機，但家長可試著提醒青少年，保持正常作息的重要性，因為大腦有一定的生理節奏，就像出國常會因時差造成睡眠改變而感到不適一樣，不管憂鬱或焦慮，「睡眠狀況」就是判斷青少年身心健康一個很重要的指標，若睡眠狀況發生異常，便可以考慮適時尋求專業協助。
