中央氣象局上午9時55分發布豪、大雨特報指出，低壓帶及西南氣流影響，屏東縣及高雄市已有大豪雨，台南市及台東縣已有豪雨發生，今日屏東縣、高雄市及台東縣有大雨或局部豪雨發生的機率，澎湖及台南地區有局部大雨發生的機率，請注意瞬間大雨、雷擊及強陣風；連日降雨，山區請慎防坍方及落石，低窪地區請慎防淹水，前往山區活動請特別注意天氣變化。
豪雨警戒區域︰高雄市、台東縣、屏東縣。
大雨警戒區域︰台南市、澎湖縣。
氣象局說，今天各地都會有陣雨或雷雨，南部及東南部應防豪雨，其他地區也要注意午後熱對流發展帶來的瞬間大雨。
此外，今天台灣各地（含綠島、蘭嶼）及澎湖、金門、馬祖沿海空曠地區及鄰近海域仍有8至9級強陣風並有較大風浪，海邊活動應特別注意安全。
氣象局觀測，第21號輕度颱風燕子，今天凌晨2時中心位置，距離台北東南東方約3570公里海面上，朝西北西移動，短期內不會影響台灣的天氣。
