林志穎關艙門要求拿行李 乘客怒：全機等他一人
因事業繁忙，藝人林志穎時常在各地飛來飛去，成為空中飛人，但近日卻遭人爆料，他日前從香港搭機回台時，突然在關機艙門前要求拿回寄艙行李，導致全機所有人行程被延誤，就等他一個人，也造成乘客不滿。
據香港《蘋果日報》報導，一名陳小姐表示，11月29日她搭乘晚間22時55分從香港飛往台北的班機，當時林志穎也搭乘同一班機商務艙座位。就在全機乘客都坐定位時，林志穎突然向空姐要求要拿自己的寄艙行李，林志穎一名同行乘客隨後依照空姐的要求，下機去認領行李，前前後後約拖了半個小時飛機才起飛，全飛機的人就等他一個，導致陳女認為林志穎的行為「很自私」。
陳小姐認為，林志穎作為公眾人物，行為舉止更要自我檢討，不是藝人就代表可以耍大牌，就算是坐頭等艙也不代表有特權，要賠上其他所有乘客的時間等你一個人，這種行為實在很過分。

【死刑判決遭撤銷】湯景華縱火釀6死 最高法院今發回更審
2014年間，男子湯景華因故在新北市餐廳中與餐廳老闆和翁男爭吵，兩年期間，因耿耿於懷，湯景華原宣稱縱火欲教訓翁男，未料發生火災，釀成6死悲劇。翁男雖於警詢與檢詢認罪，然而，一、二審，直到三審都堅持否認犯行，一、二審皆判處死刑，4日最高院宣判，二審有五點調查理由不足，因此，撤銷原判決，發回更審。
湯景華與餐廳老闆爭執時，翁男出面勸架，三人發生衝突後，湯景華跌倒受傷送醫，因而對老闆還有翁男提出告訴，但最後官司打輸，湯景華因而不滿。開庭期間，湯景華記住翁男住址，並於2016年購買汽油，三度進出案發地點，並於半夜，將浸有汽油的報紙放置在翁男住宅出入口的機車上，點火燃燒，釀成大火，翁男當時不在家，逃過一劫，但他的6名親友意外喪命。
上個月於最高院開辯論庭時，湯景華辯護律師就曾將精神疾病的認定作為本案的爭點。辯護律師指出，湯的就醫紀錄顯示其曾有過精神官能症，還服用抗憂鬱藥物，但此案沒有進行精神疾病的鑑定，只有心理衡鑑，因此，需要調查清楚。
未進行精神鑑定就判死 高院發回更審
最高院的五點理由為：第一，二審的事實欄記載，湯明知放火燒住宅會發生死亡，此應為直接故意殺人，但事實欄的其他部分又寫湯是基於間接故意而殺人，有矛盾之處。
第二，二審指出，湯沒辦法得知住宅中有兒少，因此燒死未成年翁女的部分，沒有兒童及少年福利與權益保障法的適用。但最高院認為，既然是家庭住宅，就有可能包含未成年者居住在內，因此，如果原判決認為，湯放火行為，有預見死亡的可能，也應能想像到造成未成年人死亡。
第三，二審事實欄中沒有記載湯想殺害翁而未發生死亡的結果，但理由卻寫湯對翁殺人未遂。
第四，二審認定死亡6人，以及另2名被害人為死亡部分，沒有論述湯的縱火行為觸犯6個殺人既遂以及2殺人未遂，因此原判決不夠恰當。
最後，卷宗中，記載湯有精神官能症，但原審未進行精神障礙及心智缺陷的鑑定，湯是不是因而有不能辨識其行為違法或欠缺依其辨識而行為之能力，或有顯著減低判斷的情形，但原審就下了死刑判決，因此，最高院表示，應該重新去調查證據，了解湯是否有精神相關疾病。
