長期胃痛、解黑便 30歲女罹胃癌

胃痛不可輕忽！年僅30歲的李姓粉領族長期有胃痛、解黑便情況，她不以為意、只買胃藥服用緩解，日前到醫院接受胃鏡檢查，發現有2公分胃潰瘍症狀，切片檢查確診為分化不良胃癌，所幸經腹腔鏡半胃手術切除、配合淋巴廓清與輔助性化療，終於揮別胃痛。
胃癌的發生原因很多，亞洲大學附屬醫院肝膽胃腸科主治醫師許樹湖指出，包括遺傳、幽門螺旋桿菌、喜食燒烤醃漬類食物、惡性貧血及慢性萎縮性胃炎等都是危險因子。若位置淺層、分化良好的胃癌，透過胃黏膜下腫瘤切除術即可治療。
特別的是，李女沒有胃癌家族史、也未感染幽門螺旋桿菌，但長期胃痛、解黑便讓她隱隱覺得不對，檢查才知罹患胃癌且局部擴散到淋巴結。許樹湖說，因李女害怕留疤，決定施行3D腹腔鏡執行半胃切除加淋巴廓清，術後身上只有3個小傷口，可清除腫瘤並保留胃功能、降低復發。
許樹湖表示，位居10大癌症死因第7名的胃癌好發於50至60歲中年人，且男性罹患機率較女性多，近年來更有年輕化趨勢，若民眾感覺噁心、上腹痛或脹氣、貧血、解黑便等情況，應儘速就醫檢查。
許樹湖強調，胃潰瘍症狀與胃癌很相似，但兩者在病理、治療方式都不一樣，若接受胃潰瘍藥物治療4周以上症狀無改善，推測有可能為惡性腫瘤，應進一步治療。
北部迎風面有較大雨 康芮週末襲韓日

最新(3日20時)歐洲中期預報中心(ECMWF)模式模擬顯示，今(4)日至明(5日)晨，受「康芮」外圍環流影響、北部、東北部雨勢增大，尤其東北角及北台灣山區，應注意氣象局發布的特報！北台灣天氣較涼；其他地區影響較小，大都仍為多雲時晴、日夜溫差大的天氣；明白天起北台灣降雨漸緩。今、明兩天東半部、北部沿海都要注意長(瘋狗)浪(左圖)；台灣附近各海面風浪增大，海上作業要注意；沿海風力強，應避免海邊活動。週六「康芮」遠離、天氣好轉、氣溫升，花東有局部雨。週日至下週三(7至10日)東北季風影響，迎風面陰涼、有局部雨，背風面天氣穩定、日夜溫差大。
最新(4日2時)中央氣象局「路徑潛勢預測圖」(右圖)顯示，今、明(4、5日)兩天受太平洋高壓導引向西北轉北北西，進入東海，逐漸受西風帶影響；轉向北北東朝濟州島，再轉東北加速前進，今、明兩天都還是中颱，侵襲韓國時減弱為輕颱，通過日本北部時則逐漸變性，將轉變為溫帶氣旋。週六(6日)有南韓行程、週(7)日往日本北部的民眾，都要注意「康芮」的影響。
