60歲男赴泰國曼谷工作染茲卡 107年第3例
疾管署今天宣布新增一例境外移入茲卡病例，患者是住在北部的60餘歲本國籍男性，10月中旬到泰國曼谷工作，11月底出現發燒、四肢紅疹症狀，12月初回台後確診感染茲卡病毒。
衛福部疾管署疫情中心副主任郭宏偉今天在疫情週報公布這項消息，根據統計，2016年至今全台共有20例確定病例，均為境外移入，感染地點以東南亞國家為主，包括越南、泰國、菲律賓及馬來西亞等國。
郭宏偉說，今天新增的這名茲卡患者是家住北部地區的60幾歲男性，10月中旬前往泰國曼谷工作，11月29日起陸續出現發燒、四肢紅疹症狀，因症狀未改善，從泰國搭機入境返家後立即住院治療。醫院隨即進行登革熱NS1快篩陰性，12月3日患者已退燒且四肢紅疹消退，經醫師評估後出院返家休養，今天確診為茲卡病毒感染症，是今年第3例境外移入茲卡病例。
疾管署呼籲，一般成人感染茲卡病毒後症狀輕微，孕婦感染茲卡病毒後可能導致胎兒小頭畸形或死亡，提醒孕婦及計劃懷孕婦女暫緩前往流行地區。
北韓疑有約3000個與核子與飛彈研發相關設施
南韓「文化日報」引述南韓和美國不具名相關消息人士報導，北韓有將近3000個疑似與核子或飛彈研發有關的建築物或設施。
報導說，美國情報人員1982年就發現秘密核研發情事，36年來列出可能與核有關的設施名單。
設法查核或視察北韓核子和飛彈相關設施的行動，料會遇上各種困難。
