「台灣司法改革沒？」95%看法一樣

行政院長賴清德昨（8日）提出行政院對二○一八選舉檢討報告，司法改革尙未有明顯進展列在其中，臉書社團「爆料公社」針對「司法改革」進行投票，結果在6.4萬名網友投票中，有高達95％認為台灣司法沒有改革。

「爆料公社」在6日上午6點45分，發起24小時關於「你相信我們的司法有在改革嗎?」的網路投票調查，以在九月底的一個爆料，一歲半女童遭當拳擊沙袋被媽媽同居人活活打死，當時母親喊冤還迴護男友嚴正聲明沒家暴女童?檢方調查結果出來了！作為
投票題目，「你相信我們的司法有在改革嗎？你認為這個嫌犯會被判死刑嗎？」

累積超過6.4萬名網友投票參加。其中「我認為司法沒有改革」的網友占的95％，僅有5％網友是「我認為司法有改革」。底下網友留言至8日上午已近千則，不少網友貼上「虐殺幼童者處唯一死刑認同請分享」的圖片表達無奈，有的表示「對於虐童者無法原諒，必須重罰！！！太可惡了」、「搞不懂，為什麼明明就大部分人都同意加重刑罰，但是就沒有一個有擔當的當權者來進行改革？」、「我覺得台灣司法已死」；還有諷刺的說「我好像被誤導了，有沒有改革？當然有，從有死刑到現在都沒有，真是改好大！」

淫狼性侵小模遭逮竟揪出10年前性侵懸案

一名家住台北市中山區20多歲年輕小模，今年3月22日凌晨買完消夜返家洗澡，突然遭到一名施姓男子用雨傘撬開門鎖對她強抱、強吻，險遭對方性侵。事後女子報警處理，警方將施男逮捕後，比對DNA意外發現他10年前就曾犯下一樁遲遲未偵破的性侵案件。檢方經調查後，依加重強制性交罪將施男起訴。

施男今年3月22日尾隨一名20年多的年輕小模返家，並用雨傘撬開門鎖對在浴室的小模意圖性侵，所幸女模當下冷靜地與施男周旋，詢問「我認識你嗎？我有得罪過你嗎？你到底要什麼？」並答應與施男做朋友，施男才鬆手離開。

施男離開後小模隨即報警，警方調閱監視器後將施男逮捕，法院日前被依加重強制性交未遂罪，判刑4年。但警方將施男DNA檢體比對後，發現他與10年前中山區一起性侵懸案的犯案人檢體相同，再次將施男移送法辦。

據《蘋果日報》報導，施男對過去犯下的舊案辯稱，當時認為對方是援交小姐，對方示意要他跟著回家，當進到女方公寓樓梯間後，對方表示回家不方便，就在樓梯間發生性關係，事後給了對方4500元。但該公寓住戶表示，當時曾聽到年輕女子在樓梯間大喊救命，檢方綜合相關事證後，不採信施男說法，依加重強制性交罪，再次將施男起訴。
